Great book to get you motivated about life and your goals! I actually purchased this for my 21 year old daughter who is getting ready to graduate from college; after purchasing her's, I decided to purchase one for myself.

After receiving this book as a gift, I was so impressed at the concept, I got one as a gift got my cousin, who had recently lost her husband - much too soon. I thought perhaps thinking about things she had mastered in the past, and also in the present, would encourage her to press forward with life, even though there was much she’d need to do without her life partner.

Coloring books for adults are popular. I think these funny, witty self help books deserve a place right along with the coloring books. Simply written but they convey important messages in a stressed out world.

I love these Knock Knock journals! I own three, and have given two as gifts. If you enjoy journaling, I suggest this brand. It's good quality, great price, and plenty of room to write.

Love this journal has motivational quotes and keeps me on track

I bought this as it was recommeded by a friend. Really happy with it as every day has a new uplifting and inspirational quote. I did intend to write in it every day, but that didnt go to plan. However, I still love this and will get back to writing in it soon.
