This is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a light tortoise clip and the design of this is great! The plastic is thick and grips my hair well. I like it so much, I will buy this in another color. One thing I do want to point out, is even though the advertising says this is a large claw clip, it’s not large at all. I would say it’s a medium size clip. It is good for doing half up half down hairstyles.

I was looking for a headband to go with my daughter’s Ariel costume and this is perfect! Well made and very cute in person! She loves it and can’t wait for Halloween!

I have dense fine shoulder-length hair with zero texture. My hair is so slippery it gets itself out of barrettes and elastics like a bored octopus breaking out of a maximum security aquarium. That disclaimer aside, these pins fall out in a minute or two unless I spackle them in place with product or texturize the business outta my hair. The only time these clips hold tight to any of my hair is when they've mostly slid off and only a few hairs remain gripped in the suddenly too heavy pin painfully dangling from my sensitive scalp. It hurts a lot for a second or two before ripping out or breaking the last hair.** Fortunately these work really well as paperclips and the ombres are pretty, so I superglued them to small magnets and now I have a colorful way hold pictures and mail on the fridge. **

I ordered this head band like two days ago to add to my daughters Little Mermaid Costume and I just received it and the glitter on like the edges of the bow is gone! The headband looks used or old. Like it’s been sitting on the shelf somewhere or in someone’s basement. It should look new, especially since I’m adding it to my daughters Halloween costume! What’s worse is that I paid almost $10.00 for it! The way that this headband looks, it should of been for $5.00. Im highly disappointed and pissed off!
