Did a good job removing rust and paint from my vintage pipe wrench.

This was smaller then i normally use ,,,,,turned out to get into more crevices,,,,I run variable speed angled grinders at lower and safer speeds ,,,,these wire wheels are rated at 14k and I’m running under 3000 rpms . Very safe and very effective at cleaning rusty stuff . Highly recommend for the novice workers

I needed to resurface an old French carbon steel pan, and this brush was up to the task as a knotted brush would've been too aggressive. It sure beat having to brush the pan manually, as I was done in minutes. However, the brush wasn't able to easily get in between tightly spaced handle rivets without having to bear down. That's where it began shedding a bunch of wires. After reading the reviews, that was totally expected. At the price point, I was willing to deal with a little bit of cleanup at the end, so long as it did its job.

Do you have stubborn stains your detergent just can't get out I bet this nightmare will take it out! I put this on my bench grinder in my shop, i've been wearing out regular wire brushes too frequently and thought a twisted wire like this would last me longer. I believe it's gonna last a few minutes more. Rust, paint, Grime, grease all you have to do is barely touch your part or tool the wire wheel and it's gone! It's quite impressive the speed to which it removes years of rust down to bare metal in seconds! Always remember to wear your glasses and your gloves especially with this one. It's awesome!

The female threads don't match my machine. I got sick by time I was back on my feet its to late send back. So I'm stuck with a new paper weight

This item spit the wires out big time! It only last about an hour. I was covered with wires both in me and in my clothes. Cheap acupuncture I guess!Better wear eye protection.

Stiff enough to knock off surface rust. But flexible enough to control and avoid damage to your sheet metal. The strands are not falling out either (other than one or two per use, which is expected).
