Expired and missing marker
I receive the box sealed with 11 instead 12 markers. I didn't open early enough to return the product and unfortunately they are expired a year and a half ago. The date is written in Japanese and isn't obvious when you receive the package. They are completely dry!

Good and easy to use
The oil markers are good and easy to use but there is one thing that I found out after opening the pack on its box it says there 12pcs but inside I just found 11pcs only.

Very bad product
The package came opened and one marker is missing . Out of 12 markers only 11 is there!!! My kid need it tomorrow so i decided not to return it else I would have straight away returned the parcel. The markers are not working properly hence I am returning it.

It was missing one pen. Unbelievable. How is it possible. Supposed to be 12 and just 11 was delivered.
