Easy to install, relieving for long rides with kiddos!
I thought the install was super easy and I was a bit worried initially about how sturdy the mount would be but it's very stout! I mostly bought to use the USB or SD card and thought it wasn't super obvious at first how to get it to see those devices I figured it out. The picture quality is great for the kids and the speakers are plenty loud. Will be getting some cheap headphones for each of them so they can watch their own shows 'in peace'. The instructions were helpful especially for the install. The units each seem to be built with decent quality and worked really well on a trip this past weekend.

Was used and sold as new
Supposed to be wonnie brand. One is fangor brand. Had been used when I got it. The player had dirty fingerprints all over it and a dvd still inside. And it didn't work. Someone must have bought it to get a new one and sent there old one back. Very disappointed. It came the day before vacation and we couldn't use it and no time to reorder a different one. Also they are supposed to be a 10" screen but they are not. More like a 7".

Great dvd player
Bought these so grandbabies could watch movies on our long trip to Georgia. They loved it. I was able to put one on the driver headrest and the other I put on second row seat headrest. ( we have one rear facing car seat and one booster type seat.This allowed both of them to watch stuff even though they faced different directions. I love the fact they can watch the same thing or they can watch 2 different movies at same time. They are easy to install. They stay on for a good while after being charged up. You can plug it in or charge it prior so you don't have to keep it plugged in. The picture was great and sound was pretty good too. I would buy this again

Problem solved
I ordered this product for a family trip to Florida with the hopes that it would keep my 3 kids occupied. That was so not the case. In mid travel the second player stopped working and nothing I did resolved the problem. I emailed the company and received a quick response on how to possibly fix it. After several emails and attempts later I let them know how disappointed I was because this was purchased with the hopes of keeping my kids some what entertained on a 16 hour trip as well as keeping my sanity. The agent offered to replace the entire system as well as me keeping the old defective one. And the new one works perfectly. Just wish I had it for my family vacation. So if you do decide to purchase this item and have difficulties custom service will try to make it right. Hope this helps someone.

Grandkids LOVE these!
I bought these for my four grands before they took a long cross-country trip. They love them, and they kept my daughter sane while driving. Great picture and sound!

Great products, easy to handle and very durable
The screen is a good size, the audio is truly great on it. I love how you can put the same movie or they can each watch their own. The accessories it comes with are great, it gives different charging ports depending if they are being used in the car or at a home. The warranty department is amazing, a quick email and they have replaced my products with ease. They truly do try to provide the best for their customers.

UPDATED REVIEW: the customer service is fantastic. They reached out and offered a replacement since I had issue with my first; however, in the new set, only one dvd player worked. Again, GREAT customer service, as they fully refunded me.I bought these for an 8hr solo road trip with my 2.5YO and 10 month old. During setup and the first… 3ish hours of the road trip, I absolutely loved them! At about 3 hrs in, my daughters stopped working. It was plugged in but screen went fuzzy then never turned back on. I let it be bc she was still doing okay. Fast forward to the last hour of our trip home and my sons did the same thing. I’ve adjusted everything possible and neither player works. DO NOT BUY
