Lovely card - poor delivery
The card is really nice, sturdy, the sentiment funny. My review is poor because of the delivery. Was told next day delivery which I needed, to get it posted, but got message to say 'tried to deliver but couldn't find front door!!!' Never even came up to my house as I have cameras with it also being a business, someone here 24 hours a day. After goodness know how long a phone call to complain, as this has happened more than once I received it the folling day. My email to say delivery had been made stated 'handed to resident' I actually found it lying on the floor where it had been dropped!!!! Now this is only a few pounds and some may say its petty, but when this has happened many times previously it becomes tedious. On the whole deliveries are good, but if I'm given a date I expect delivery on that date, then if there is a problem I don't expect to be told 'we've tried to deliver but there was no one there/or given to resident' when it wasn't.
