But to my utter disappointment and surprise, THE FINE PRINT OF RETURNS says that it can be returned ONLY IF IT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE!!Highly disappointed with Amazon and this company called NOW AND ZEN. Returns and Refund should be a No Questions Asked policy if the customer is not happy with the product.Warning to all purchasing from this company - Read the Fine Print before making the payment. Else you will be stuck with a product which is not required!!
