Very good quality swivel snaps. No rust after 3 weeks of saltwater fishing (rinsed with fresh water after each day). Integrity of the snap and locking mechanism has yet to be compromised, compared to other internet brands. I'm still on my first swivel snap since the day I received these. With other brands on Amazon, the snaps would last only 1-2 days until the locking fold either collapses or rust/tarnish invades the surface of the snap body or internally affects the rotational function of the swivel. These Dr. Fish brand does not have any flaws so far. Very good purchase!

Absolute junk, these seemed cheap when they arrived. Well I got what I payed for, could not even support hanging 10 pounds for more than a brief instant. You get a fish that pulls once over 10 pounds of pressure, guarenteed gone. (I purchased the 24lb rated swivels)

I have a few remaining from an old package of snap swivels. When I try to open the snap on them I have to use pliers because my fingernails are not strong enough. The snap on these swivels is very easy to open. That should have been my first clue. I was fishing with 15lb test line. As I brought the Walleye to the boat, it snapped free with the lure still in its mouth. The snap was pulled open and straightened. I will not use another.

I tested 5 of the #11 snap swivels. The description says they should hold 26lb. 3 of them broke with a 25lb weight added (very slowly, not dropped). The rest (2) broke with a 30lb weight. I would recommend going up a few sizes.

These swivels rust after a few hours in salt water. The rusting can be so bad as to cause the swivels to break. I realize that most snap swivels are slightly magnetic but these swivels are highly magnetic.

The swivels are of great quality. The service i have received from the seller, has been impeccable. Would definitely buy from them again.
