Considering joining a LARP group in my area. I have no idea what their safety contingents are, but In certain this would qualify... but I doubt I'd use it for much beyond roleplay purposes. I bought it for the look, and it looks GREAT, I mean exactly like the picture. It would definitely fool the eye if people didn't know any better.However, you aren't stopping an evil thought with this thing. It weighs nothing, and whatever core it has feels like it would give up the ghost if you so much as sneezed on it wrong. If you're looking for an awesome companion piece for your kit or whatever this is perfect. If you're looking for this to be some main weapon for your wizard or rogue or whatever, this isnt it.

Awesome little short sword for a Viking Halloween costume. It looks realistic and has some weight to it too but it’s actually foam but that nice thick quality foam material. Nice little intricate details on the handle. All in all awesome find for the price!

Good larp knife for any purpose

The description says the blade is steel. Its not. Its foam.

A wonderful weapon for cosplay or duels, very light, just a little flimsy. I love the look of it. Good size too.
