Whilst I didn't notice a huge difference over that time, I did notice that some sort of virus I caught was fought off over just one day which is much quicker than normal, so the Quercetin may well have helped with that. There is a good amount of Quercetin per softgel and the other ingredients are useful. Seems like a good quality product.
