Anker 321 Outlet Extender

Very affordable and great performing device. Love the anker brand!!! I now have 3 of these and use them all the time. One is dedicated just for travel. Really helped connect power to everything I need

I was skeptical about getting a cube design but found it offers a lot of features and versatility in a quality compact design that takes up only one plug on an outlet. USB-A/C charging fast and safe. Use is easy as plugging it in.

So, I originally got this thing to add an outlet for my water flosser, and I almost got a 3-way splitter. Then I saw this one at a very comparable price, and thought "why not?" Every now and then, I've needed to hunt down a USB adapter to charge something in the bathroom like my electric shaver or face scrubber, but now I can just skip that step and plug them in. The charging speed seems adequate and delivers an ample power supply. The build quality is sound, and has a feel to it that inspires confidence. The plug size is built for American plugs of course, and you get 3 of them plus 2 USBs and 1 USB-C. Overall, I recommend this product for its compactness, portability and charging speed. 5 Stars without question.

***UPDATE: As always, Anker has the best customer service. After reading my review they contacted me to see what they could do to make it right. They said that the 2 plugs I was having problems with were designed to work that way. If I understand it correctly, I just need to plug my device in again to activate that jack. So far, so good. Anker offered me the opportunity to return the device for a full refund. I chose to keep it and it's working fine as long as I unplug and replug in my watch cord as needed. Thank you, Anker. I have adjusted my stars in this review.***I love Anker products but this one does not work well- great design but the plugs do not all work. I always buy Anker brand products and recommend them all the time. I was so excited about this outlet extender. We have an outlet in our kitchen island and I like to plug in my digital picture frame, my Apple watch charger, and my phone charger. This gave me room for all of that in one plug and left the other plug open for an occasional small kitchen appliance.The problem is that the jack that holds the USB-C charger for older Apple chargers does not work most of the time. I leave my Apple watch charger plugged in and have put my watch on it several times and it doesn't charge at all. To get it to work I have to unplug the cord and then plug it back in. This is a pain to deal with and should not be an issue with a brand-new device. Anker, please fix this!

This adapter was a godsend for me, since the outlet I wanted to use it on had a light switch right next to it. I needed more plugs at that location but didn’t want to use a power strip because of space issues. Any 1-to-3 plug adapter I found would hit the light switch or cover it so it was unusable. I was very happy when I found this adapter since it fit next to the switch with no issues. Because of how the outlets are configured I’m able to use all three without covering the switch.It also has three USB ports on the front (two USB-A and one USB-C). The power output on these ports is quite good, the USB-C port charges an iPad Pro very quickly. With those ports I was able to get rid of a multi-port charger as well. So I ended up with 2 more outlets and an additional USB charging port while not losing any space.I highly recommend this item for anyone that is dealing with similar space issues and/or wants to streamline their charging setup.
