Watered down, leaves hair greasy
Have been using this product for 10 years. This latest bottle was watered down. When my hair was dry, it felt greasy. I even use the same product conditioner. Will not buy anymore. Highly disappointed!

Quality Scruples Shampoo
Long ago, my hairdresser in Virginia used and recommended Scruples to me as not having any wax in it that would weight down my hair. I have continued using it through the years and would not use anything else. I hope it is still the same quality as when I first started using it in 1992.
