I purchased this product back in August... It did the job it was meant to well, however mine did fail 🤦 sadly it's one of those things ...however the after care service provided by warm-life was 5 stars !!! Communicated with such a friendly manner ....I'll recommended

Got my kettle a month ago. Boils quickly, bur goes on for longer than needed, in my opinion. Also when you pick it up to pour the steam can come out and burn your hand. The spout is quite wide and can spill over when pouring. I have just missed the returns window so will keep it as a back up.

I bought this kettle as our old one packed in. I was looking for something a bit different and more modern - this fit the bill perfectly.It seems to be well made and is finished with metal edging above and below the glass jug. The boiling itself is quite quick - I'd say a little less than the quoted 5 minutes. The power is supplied to the jug via the base that you just sit the jug on to.Enough capacity for around 6 mugs, and is relatively quiet when boiling with a nice satisfying click when it's done!

Ordered this to replace a rather more expensive kettle where the door mechanism had broken. I would say visually, nice clean, clear look. I like the fact that it is glass and so you can see the water as it boils. It has a blue light that illuminates around the base when in use, which is also visually attractive. It's average on boil time, I wouldn't call it super quick! My previous kettle was quicker, this one takes around 5 mins to boil a near full amount, which isn't unreasonable to be fair.My only gripe is the quality in terms of sturdiness isn't all that great. It feels cheaper than regular steel/metal kettles I've had. I can see that it is flimsy in areas, the lid opening looks like something that will stop working after a while. Some of the external joining around the base are also quite unrefined and so for instance I wiped the area with a tea towel and a few threads managed to get caught between the grooves and now I can't seem to get them out! The base is cheap and the cord always falls out of the storage area within, when I lift the base up for any reason, which can be a little annoying as I then have to re-wind it back in again. But otherwise it's good value for money, just don't expect it to last forever!In an update to my previous post above - the lid broke as predicted after about 6 months and now the kettle has stopped working completely in under 9 months. My advice...save your money and buy a better quality kettle that will at least see out a year! 🙈 Hence the now updated 1 ⭐ rating.

Nice enough kettle with the blue light and looks good but just stopped working after having it a year and o don’t drink that many hot drinks!

This kettle is everything it is described as, fast boiling, looks great in any kitchen. It’s definitely value for money. The delivery was fast and keeps you informed of updates.

I love this kettle. it's a diversion whilst it is boiling with the blue light show. I think it makes a change to be entertained by the blue bubbling. Aside from that, it is a good performing kettle.

I was enjoying it until lid decided not to shut then started flinging open and boiled with large gap so had to bin it as of course out of date to return !!!!! Expensive for pretty effect for a while. Also couldn't clean bottom of it and did NOT use any tap water
