It took a couple of days for the chickens to really start pecking at it. Once they figured it out they love it. It gives them something to work at. Use their pecking skills. Because it is slow work they are not overfed. Nice addition to the hen yard!

This is such a great treat for my chickens. We have a holder in our chicken coop that hangs and we place these treats in them, and our girls love it. It keeps them busy. We have bought a few cases now, and the price is very comparable to other major feed stores. Definitely would recommend.
