Very uncomfortable

I received my pillow and was so exited to use it but when I took it out of the bag there was such a strong chemical smell! I had to let it sit out in another room. Several days went by and the smell was still strong, I almost sent it back I went on vacation for 3 weeks and when I got back the smell was gone.. but it still makes me wonder what do they put on it that makes it smell Ike that, does it get into my skin??! I ve been enjoying it very much as a back and side sleeper. I would prefer if it came with another type of fitted pillowcase because it kind of loses its shape when you put a regular case on it I think it’s worth the money I do t like the fact that it’s made in China

I have only had this for one day, but oh my goodness. My head has never felt so supported in its life. Now I sleep in some funky ways, like diagonal with arms in weird places but this pillow didn’t care. This pillow loved me and held my neck and head in the perfect spot. This pillow supports me more than my family. This pillow got rid of my back pain, forgave my debt, and allowed me to start over again with a man in Morocco (the man and I bonded over the head support if this pillow). And for looks? This is one funky looking pillow but it doesn’t matter because you can’t tell with my pillowcase on. The only possible negative thing I have with this pillow that was sent as the left hand of god is that it is hard. But I don’t care, it supports my neck and head so well and it softened up after thirty minutes that I’m beginning to think the problem isn’t the pillow, it’s me. This pillow not only supports my head, it encouraged and supported me to go to therapy. God is no man or woman, god is a pillow.

Aging neck- interrupting sleep through the night. Tried several pillows with neck support, and expensive adjustable foam pillow over the past 2 years. This pillow was the first that ended pain- and the FIRST night! ADJUSTMENT I did toss and turn a few nights because it’s an odd shape and different from my norm. But I wasn’t sleeping great before from nightly pain - so not being in pain with this pillow allowed me to push through the adjustment of the uniqueness and sensation of the shape- it was worth it! I’m usually a side/stomach sleeper but this has helped me be more a back/side sleeper. TRAVEL I just jammed this pillow in my suitcase for a trip (and it wasn’t easy - despite the travel bag they supply making you think it could be) but it’s worth the space! I don’t think i can survive now without it! PILLOWCASES I did try the gray pillow case. It seemed to have shrunk a bit in the wash and now feels like it squashes the pillow so I go without the extra case. Previous pillows I’ve tried have had this same quilted soft cotton pillow case and I like it. But it’s not the smooth cooler typical feeling. And it seems to collect a few hair strands. Also the odd shape is why this works and a plain case thrown over could somewhat hinder those curves. I wish they made a better (elastic cover.) But… those things don’t matter as much as my pain! OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS Daughter (gets several stress headaches) tried it and we ordered one for her. She said she does sleep better. We raved about it and hubby (uses cPap but still occasionally snores) tried it during a nap (neither daughter or I would relinquish ours a whole night!) and now HE wants one! RECOMMENDATIONS I imagine for some the adjustment time, or the pillow case options may discourage them, but I encourage you to push through if you have pain!
