A nice cookbook
In this book you will learn all about using a gas griddle and how it compares to using a grill. There are many health benefits to using a griddle such as, you eat less fat, you can make delicious veggies, if you make meat it retains nutrients, and more. You learn about tips and trips when using the griddle from setting it up to cleaning and maintaining safety precautions. Outdoor gas griddle cookbook
If you have an outdoor gas griddle like the Blackstone - this is a great cookbook. My husband loves his blackstone so this cookbook was a gift for him. Each recipe has a gorgeous color photo and nutrition information. I really liked the chapter on seasonings and sauces. It was so easy to have a lot of them premade for whenever we griddle.

Impress your taste buds
I love the photos of the food in this book. I enjoy having a guide to compare how my food should look. The recipes are easy to follow. Some of the ingredients are original to me so I can't wait to try them. All the great options for rubs, marinades and sauces definitely upgraded my flavor life.

Black and White Photos
I bought this cookbook based on reviews. It showed that it came in color and black and white. It appeared that the color was available. I’m very disappointed with the book I received. It has Black and white photos and cheap paper. On the other hand, the griddle info is good and recipes are sound. I just like pictures.

Yummy!
I got this as an early Father's Day present for my stepdad. Can we just talk about how delicious these recipes sound? This book has everything from poultry to lamb, and fish to popular street foods! How could you go wrong with such a wide variety of recipes?The pictures are very high quality as well. My phone doesn't do them justice.

Lots of recipes, not many photos
I bought this as a Father’s Day gift for my husband since he just bought a Blackstone griddle. It has lots of recipes, however, I’m disappointed at the lack of photos. The photos that are provided are all black and white. Very disappointed with photos. I just hope the recipes make up for it. Otherwise I’ll be shopping for a different book.

This looks like a backroom photocopy version with blurry text, blurry pictures misaligned text, and all black and white.

I got this book first on Kindle, but I will definitely buy a paperback copy to keep.The recipes are simple and easy to follow but also quirky and exciting. The book covers everything you could possibly grill, from sweet or savory breakfast to burgers and sandwiches, meat (poultry, pork, lamb and beef) to vegetables, fish, and seafood to yummy Mexican food.The recipes are supported by beautiful photos.(which for a cookbook is always a plus, and on those days, it seems to be an optional).I would recommend this book for beginners or even for seasoned BBqers.

Great recipes and great pictures.
The reasonable price and the beautiful cover made me purchase this book.There are more than the usual recipes, like chicken and ribs.Full directions which are important for cooking things.And the book contains some inspirational modern takes: “Spicy Chicken Wings with Cherry Glaze” or” Tamari Ponzu Salmon with Sweet Chili Broccoli”.There are plenty of vegetarian recipes as well.Really helpful for beginner grillers, but also helpful for those more experienced.I am pleased with the book and do recommend it.

I highly recommend this book.
I really appreciate the information about the basics of the gas griddle. I think Greg Franklin knows a lot about grilling. This book is very well written and will be very useful and helpful for everyone. Beautiful pictures and easy but quirky recipes are the plus of this cookbook.

interesting book
Griddle guide from A to Z.It starts with an overview of the griddle( features, settings, tips and maintenance).The second part is all about the recipes. They are very easy to follow and don't require you to buy a bunch of seasons and things you don't already have. The recipes are outstanding.I really liked the “Sweet & Spicy Mexican Chicken”, “Spiced Lamb Burgers with Avocado Yogurt Sauce.”, but I can keep going on and on….Thank you Greg!

A backyard cooking must.
I haven't had a chance to try a lot of the recipes yet, I'm still working on perfecting the basics. However, I could recommend this book for his rubs and marinades recipes alone. I now make my own rubs for BBQ, and it has made a tremendous difference in flavor profiles.I enjoy this book so much because it is intended for backyard BBQ'ers and has simple, easy-to-follow recipes you can cook any night of the week. I will become a MasterChef for sure!!!!
