I got this to manage inflammation and thus relieve pain in my feet I sometimes get after hiking. Ok, these are substantial and work. Just be prepared to take up some room in the freezer, and definitely store in the provided freezer bad for hygiene reasons. Definite buy.

I like these socks. I have used them with the frozen packs. There is no way that you can walk in these as they are very slippery and you will lose your balance.
