Awesome little kids version of a stationary bike!
We recently purchased this for our four year old son. He always likes to watch us when we use our stationary bike (Peloton), and is always asking to ride our bike--obviously, this wouldn't work, so we started to look into other options for him.It is really easy to setup. I did it by myself in about 15 minutes. There really wasn't anything difficult about it. The directions are pretty straightforward, and all the parts were included. The only tool I needed was a screwdriver. Easy peesy. Only thing I wish was included were the batteries, but I bought it from Amazon used, so maybe those are included in the new product. As for the app integration, it's pretty easy. Only one app seemed to be free, and it still has in-app purchases. So... not entirely free. But still, they are only a couple dollars each, so not a big deal. Once you have the app started, it connects to the bluetooth on the bike automatically. When it is connected, it deactivated the touch on the app, and only responds to the controls on the bike. There is maybe a half-second delay between the bike and the app, but overall, it's really good. Now, how the bike-to-app works. I can only speak to one app (with the trucks... I'm not so good with all these kid characters lol). The main goal is to drive the truck around by pedaling and steering. Pedal forward, the truck moves forward. Pedal backwards, and it goes backwards. All the while, you have to steer to keep him moving down the path. Occasionally, side events will pop up, that somehow integrate biking into the mini game. Once the mini game is complete, you are back to driving down the paths. Also, the paths have numbers that pop up as little balloons that you kid needs to collect in order. This helps with counting and number recognition, as well as hand-eye coordination with steering the bike to the numbers. The bike can also be used without the app, but I find my child looses interest quicker when it's not on. However, we also strive to limit screen time, so he only gets max of 30 minutes each day. But we leave the bike out all the time, so he can ride whenever he wants. The last thing I'd like to mention is the used bike. This was the first time I've ever purchased a used item from Amazon that was still Amazon Prime. I didn't realize Amazon had started doing this, but I decided to give it a go. This is not the normal "used" sold from third party sellers, this was an actual Amazon Prime item that provided the option of purchasing new, or buying this used-very good item instead. The only thing I noticed when I got it was that the bike seemed to be covered in a light dust all over. It still had all the protective packaging, and the item itself didn't seem to have any scratches or dents. I just had to wipe it down with a wet cloth after it was assembled. It has also worked perfectly fine since I've received it, and I appreciate the fact that if it hadn't worked, it would be covered under the normal Prime return policy. So, pretty neat new feature.Overall, I think this is a neat product. Sure, kids can just ride outside, but if you're like us, there has been a lot of snow lately, so this helps with the winter blues. And it gives the kiddo an opportunity to exercise like mom and dad. So, very cool, and highly recommended!

Great for Midwestern Winters...
Did a lot of research before I found this option. A lot of the units out there are either too boring or not at all kid-friendly. This is a great option for kids that are unable to go outside in winter, or due to other physical/environmental limitations.I tried to connect it to one of my old iPads and it would not see it at all. Tried it with one Samsung Galaxy tab and it worked very easily. The older Galaxy tab did not work. I assume that you need a newer model to connect via bluetooth. Pairing was not too much of a chore. Once connected, it remembered the device and connected every time we turned it on. The games are pretty fun and my kids love it. Not very suitable for kids over 8 (typical height and weight), but does not stop them from trying :). It is bright, light and easy to put together. Does not occupy too much floor space. Overall, it was a great purchase (paid about $75, I think) and has served us well so far. Let us see how long it lasts. By the way, I put the first set of batteries in about two months back and it is still going. So not a major drain there either. Smart idea for tech savvy kids and peace of mind for parents that want to get some of their energy out...

Great. Small problems with game play platforms.
I really like this so far. Lots of research about how movement helps learning and all the games with this are educational. The games have varying degrees of difficulty as you advance, so it does get harder for more advanced kiddos. My child is 3, almost 4. He has played it on the fire TV stick and on the kindle fire. The only thing is that they dont connect, so his progress on the tv is not transferred to the tablet version of the game. Also, there is only one free smart cycle game, the others are purchased. We did go ahead and get the blaze and hot wheels ones, but those are not available on the fire tv. There are some Barbie ones as well.Another possible problem is that it lets you install the apps in freetime but you can't operate it there, because you have to enable location permissions and that's not possible on the kid profiles (at least not the one for preschool). So he has to be on an adult profile to play them on the tablet. However, the glitches aside, the games and bike are good, and I dont regret the purchase at all.

Kinda Jelly...
This bike is so much more awesome than I expected. I thought it was a bit gimmicky and I didn't really know if our son was going to be into it, or have a continued interest in it. The bike, and its corresponding apps, are much more interactive than I thought they would be. The handle bars on the bike steer the bike in the game. Yes Pedaling makes you go, but faster pedalling increases speed and backwards pedaling is reverse... I didn't expect all that detail. There are also buttons and a joystick. So aside from different apps, each app has different mini games to play and they are played differently. (Any combo of pedals, joystick and buttons) so its not just "pedaling" non stop. Our 4 year old son can sit and play with this for half an hour or more, without getting bored. And because it is active & educational ay i have no problem with him getting this "extra" screen time. My only issue is I am kinda jelly. My stationary back bike now seems boring... I want to race and play too.

Buenísima
Buenísimo para tener activo a un menor de 4 años, la app para que se ue una tablet conectada a la bicicleta por Bluetooth es sensacional ( parecida a Mario cart ) hace que el menor haga ejercicio de manera divertida.

This is a great little bike to keep the kids busy.
I didn't realize how great of a gift this was until my nephews were old enough to use it. They get exercise and get to play at the same time. It is a sturdy bike and has had zero issues. The best part is how solid the connection is. When a 3-4 year old can power it all up and just start using it with no instructions you know you have a good product. 10/10

Great learning tool
We bought this for our daughter and she only just reached the pedals. The apps are brilliant and she has enjoyed learning how to spell words using the bike and also learning how to ride a bike.A great buy and the apps were free on android compared with their fire tablet and also a better connection so would recommend an iPad or android tabled to work with it to avoid frustration with the children,

Worth the investment!
Purchased this for my very active and spirited 5 year old. Keeps him busy on rainy days. He would play with it all day if I let him.The only thing I can really say negative is that sometimes it takes a few minutes for the Bluetooth to connect but once connected it doesn’t drop and haven’t had any issues running the apps (we purchased hot wheels and blaze and the monster machines apps for this).Very happy we purchased!
