We did a lot of research before buying protein powder. This one offers the most protein for your money that we found. I have gluten intolerance and "isolate protein" is supposed to be easier to digest. No issues yet and I've been using it every day for months. You definitely need a blender bottle (trying to mix with a fork does NOT work), but that is probably the same with all protein powder. It has a great taste and is great for post workout!

30 Grams of Protein per scoop instead of the typical 24-26. Very low cal, mixes fantastic and tastes ridiculously good. Great way to get those extra grams of protein in when trying to retain, build muscle or just keep your diet balanced in our absurdly high carb culture. "S" tier isolate protein.

Good nutrition for heart health (low salt, low saturated fat, low cholesterol, low added sugar).Taste is decent for having low salt and low sugar (better in whole milk than skim milk, but I'm trying to be healthy so I use skim).I wish it didn't have soy in it, but I guess I'll take it.Price per gram of protein is decent.Mixes well in milk but I let it set for 5 minutes to really saturate (compared to pure protein which never mixes).I've bought this ~5 times and will buy again.

Out of the few my husband has tried he has stuck with this brand. I also use it in my smoothies. The amount of protein fills me. It’s definitely good to keep you full and not eating as much. The taste is not bad at all. I love chocolate.
