Cheaply made, unhelpful company
Three months after having this bike the brake broke in half. I asked the company who produces this item if there was anything could be done. They said no because it was after the 30 day purchase. Pretty disappointed.

Broken box and broken bike
Box was ripped and torn upon delivery and we could see the bike sticking out. Bike was actually broken. I don’t know the specific parts to a bike but it was broken in half and beyond repair. Parts were also scratched up. Requested refund and haven’t heard anything. Filing a claim. I wish I had a better review to write, it’s a good looking bike. Just not in my kid’s cards.

Plastic Parts with Zero Customer Support
I purchased the bike for my 7 YO son. The bike was easy to assemble, however - the brake pieces required some time to understand actually how to attach the metal wire. The directions are not user friendly. The brake handles are plastic. My son used the bike for about 2 weeks and the right brake lever snapped off. I tried to reach out to the seller with no luck getting a straight answer. All I wanted was replacement parts and they kept saying send the whole bike back...who keeps boxes like that around. Highly recommend to shop somewhere else.

Nice bike, falsely advertised
It’s definitely an attractive bike. However it’s falsely advertised. I ordered this for my son for Christmas and didn’t buy a helmet and knee pads on account that it says it comes with. They were no where to be found in the box. There was no additional package.. they just didn’t exist. So it was a total let down on that part. Now I have to buy a helmet and knee pads.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM
The item I bought came in horrible conditions. Rust all over it. Scratched and dinged. Does not look new like it stated. The cables to the front brakes were frayed and had to be removed. Very unhappy with the product. Not woth the money I spent at all.

Christmas for my 8 yr old
Got this for my son's Christmas gift. He LOVES it. He has ridden it all over the place and it seems to be holding up great after 2 months. Yes, it is winter, but in Seattle, it has been runnign on the upper 40's most of the days so he has been able to ride it quite often in the 2 months since he got it.

Don’t buy this bike
After a week of my son riding this bike to school everything fell apart on it. The brakes wore off , the Bearings broke, the seat broke, the Handle bars wouldn’t stay up , you can’t tighten it up all the way, and kept falling back. I spent a lot of money on this bike for it to fall apart. My other sons bike was purchased at Walmart and the quality is way better. Don’t buy this bike
