Product was easy to use and to set up, great app all works well. I set it up so my son and I could unlock it, I could also unlock via our phones. However, he is a middle schooler in a large school, students running into lockers with their instruments or bodies caused the lock to get stuck and bent. Once it was bent it would not lock correctly or unlock very well. Would recommend for a less "active" environment. Great product but could be more durable.

Excellent for jewelry box, gym lockers, etc. But not good for fence gates, doors for security, etc. Hasp diameter is very thin and would be very easy to cut with bolt cutters.

Bought this lock in August 2023 for use in the gym. Extremely convenient with fingerprint recognition, but it died 4 months later. The lock still recognizes my fingerprint and logs the granted access but no longer actuates the lock.I don’t see a way to contact the seller or distributor. Most items come with a 6 month or 1 year warranty. If the seller can reach out to me, I’ll consider updating my review based on the outcome of resolution.Update: seller worked with me to reach a resolution for my problem and the new lock works just as the original did when I first received it. Also, major props to the seller support team for working with me and helping turn my experience to a positive one.

Mine basically fell apart while setting it up

ReturnedVery disappointed the photos in the ad make this lock appear as large as a regular master lock the kind we all used in high school and at the gym. In reality this is a small luggage lock.Although it works great with finger prints its just to barbie dream house looking.

I bought one of these a few years ago for my daughters dance locker. It was very easy to learn how to program finger or thumb prints. You can program several so if you need to give access to parent, spouse, teacher, administrator, etc.. The first year the battery lasted the whole dance season, but now we charge it every few months to make sure the battery doesn't die.. Easy to do, I just bring a battery bank and connect it during her class. I recently just bought another one for my son to use on his lockable cabinet in his dorm room.

This is a great lock and gives me security. I love that I don’t have to stress about people stealing my lunch anymore.

After programming my original thumbprint into the lock i noticed it only worked if I held it dead straight. It claims to be able to handle up to 30 users so I figured I would program my thumb at a slight angle to either side. After 10 failed attempts I gave up with this. This lock will be used at work in an already secure office. I would not protect anything of value behind this lock. Im pretty sure I could rip it off my locker with one hand in a pinch looks to be made out of poor quality chineesium
