I have one after a workout or if I was outside working hard. It tastes good and seems to hydrate me faster than plain water. I can not find this flavor in any of my stores so i got it online.

This hydration drink is easy to drink, no after taste. We had it put on auto ship to ensure we had it every month.I feel it quenches my thirst better than Gatorade.

first of all this stuff tastes amazing! it works very well. after taking it i feels like 500ml bag of IV fluid. This stuff is just awesome. nuff said. thanks Chadd for putting me up on this

For someone that struggles with hydration, this does the trick. Love the flavors and continue to purchase. The reason for the 4 stars is due to cost! It’s outrageous to charge what hoist does for a case. Friends and family won’t even try it due to cost. I’m going to try Liquid IV (cost less) and see how I like it. For now I’m drinking hoist.

This stuff is great. It works to rehydrate you without a ton of sugar.

Will quench your thirst but the sugar content (26%) is a little too high for me. I've found a couple of other products with lower sugar content that provide that instant hydration feeling while also quenching thirst in this southern heat and humidity. As a thirst quencher it's good.
