Can the Pliers and Screwdrivers organizers be installed at any of the 6 spots on the sides including 2 on the same side?

The organizers are attached via a hex screw and nut combo. If you drilled a hole in the bottom rack, you could unassemble it from the middle rack and then insert it into the bottom rack. I don't think it would fit as-is on the top shelf unless you used longer screws, but at least there they have a hex screw and nut.

How far apart are the wall hanging holes?(the ones that hold it to the wall)

What kind of dills it can hold? Will this work well with Milwaukee? Will it fall?
