This is a nice lunch bag, it really is. It feels well made and it is a little larger than a normal bag (20% perhaps). However, there was one item that made it problematic for my child - the zipper. The zipper was not free flowing and would bind 2-3 times when opening or closing the bag. If it was just me, I wouldn't have worried about it (nothing is perfect), but my child looked at me and said what if it jams and I don't get to eat lunch that day. I couldn't argue with that and unfortunately had to return. I give it a 4 out of 5, if there was no zipper issue it would get a 5.

I bought this lunch box for my boyfriend for work, who works long hours and needs to pack a lot of food. I was surprised how much of a high quality lunch box this was for the price! It keeps the hot foods, hot and cold food, cold. It is also extremely compact in the sense that it will fit into most backpacks and doesn't take much space. Nevertheless, it can hold several containers of food in it! From my experience with my boyfriend, you can fit enough food for a 12 hour shift into this lunch box. I would highly recommend it!

This lunchbox is a little bigger than a regular lunch tote. I bought this for my daughter for school and it's spacious but not overly big. It still fits in her backpack. It has insulate on the inside and a pocket that I usually put the ice pack on the inside. She takes a plastic container that holds fruits each day! It was well worth it!

Product is bigger than expected and holds a ton of items for my teenagers lunch. It’s easy to clean and has a sleek/ non flashy design. It’s exactly what we were looking for.

Son only used 1 week before someone had their eye on it and stole it. Very nice insulated lunchbox. I still would buy the icepack as it did not keep the water bottle cold. However, buying again.

It expands so can hold lots of items and they will keep cool or warm with the gel packs.
