- SCATTER NOW… Autumn is the best time to scatter seed balls for wildflowers next summer. During winter, the cold helps support strong growth, maximising the chances of a beautiful and buzzing wildflower display next year. Our seed balls are super simple to use, there’s no need for gardening expertise or even a shovel! Simply throw your seed bombs onto the soil, compost, garden bed or planter and ensure to leave at least 10cm between each ball.
- WILDFLOWER SEEDS… This carefully selected mix is designed specifically to attract solitary bees, honey bees and bumblebees. Each seed ball contains approximately 30 seeds from a mix of Birdsfoot Trefoil, Foxglove, Red Clover, Viper’s Bugloss and Wild Marjoram – all recommended as bee-friendly plants by the Bumblebee Conservation Trust. We’ve also added a sprinkling of pollinator-friendly annuals; Chamomile, Cornflower, Corn marigold and Night-flowering catchfly.
- SEED BOMBS… Re-create a beautiful wildflower meadow in your garden that bees just love! Each box contains a wildflower seed mix, including Cornflower, Red Campion, Meadow Crane’s-Bill, Oxeye Daisy, and Musk Mallow.
- EASY PLANTING WILDFLOWERS… Each box contains 6 seed balls to grow beautiful wildflowers in a range of settings, such as your garden bed, balcony pot and even window box. Our Seed boxes are super simple to use, there’s no need for gardening expertise or even a shovel!
- HOW TO USE… Simply throw your seed bombs onto the soil, compost, garden bed or planter during the Spring or Autumn months and ensure to leave at least 10cm between each ball. Your Seedball has everything it needs to grow and, once the ball becomes moist and the temperature is right, your seeds will germinate into a bed of beautiful bee-friendly flowers!
