Worked for my mini
I had to get a replacement key from the dealer but did not opt to get the insert key cut to save $100. so I had no way of attaching to a key ring. I bought this and was able to insert the key uncut into my working fob from the dealer. Worked great

Fits perfectly
The key FOB for my 2010 Mini lost the trunk button so I ordered this case. I was worried that the chip board would not fit inside this new case, but it fit inside perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase.

Had use the button off the old key
The button to release the real key is terrible on this but if you have the old one you can swap it over
