Is this Mouse for palm handed grips or Claw handed grips?

I find it supports the claw grip better, but it wouldn't be a bad mouse for a palm grip.

Yes - at the end of the day, this is specifically a gaming mouse. Is it better than the $100 mouse from corsair or other brands, probably not. . . but it's a high quality mouse for the amount you pay, I am very impressed time and time again -- feels great in your hand even after a 10hr day of work, or multiple hours of gaming... using it right now *click* :)

Will this make me faker senpai?

Yes it willl. Its perfect for high sensitivity people. I believe faker uses 3200 dpi 5/11 windows and 45 in game. Goood luck! Currenty alternating between the razer abyssus and this corsair m45 :)

can its backlight be turned off?

yes it can. when you open mouce config, top and center is an on off switch. i just tested it to make sure and it works.
