Once I said it looked good, it was approved and shipped out much quicker than I had anticipated, showing up at my doorstep not too long after even with the holidays around the corner!The embosser makes a very clear imprint, no rips, and it was easy to set up. The box comes with an instruction card too if you need it.The stamp is also of great quality, though the box was opened during transit — no harm, no foul, the product itself is fine and I love that it comes with a stamp cover that locks in when not in use. I bought this embosser as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves books and is an avid reader. It was easy to order and there were many design options to choose from. I received the order early and it was well packaged. I tried it out on a piece of printer paper and the image was clean and crisp. I would definitely order from this company again.

College-age son who loves books was very happy to receive this as a gift. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because they’re made with sharp edges so you have to be very careful about the pressure you apply when squeezing or you’ll cut right through the paper. However, if you don’t apply enough pressure, you will not get a good impression at all and you can’t redo it. The raised areas (letters and patterns) of the design are made pretty sharp so practice on scrap paper before embossing a book, so you can get a feel for how much pressure to apply. Hopefully over time, this embosser will become a bit less sharp and there will be no worries of damaging book’s end pages. In the meantime, I got my son some of the embossing stickers (being sure to get correct size) so he can use those…however he said he’d really prefer to emboss directly into his books because he thinks that looks better. I agree. Also keep in mind that different books have different weight papers. The ones with really thin pages could damage easily and the thicker pages could require more pressure to achieve a good embossing. Unless you are very experienced at embossing books, I think it’s a bit tricky to master but still possible with practice.

I bought this for a book reader. Now all of her books have been embossed! This makes for a wonderful gift, totally worth it.

This is a perfect gift for the book lover in your life! I bought this for my niece for Christmas. I gave it a test stamp just to make sure it was perfect, and it was everything I expected it to be! I would definitely purchase again!

Just perfect. Impeccable

Embosser was sent with upside down logo and despite a seemingly “easy fix” it’s impossible to rotate when attempting to emboss envelopes. We’ve maneuvered the embossed & our envelopes every which way to try and make it work and unfortunately it does not. I’ve had to watch tutorials on how to fix this of others with this same problem and some were able to resolve by removing the discs with tools and putting them back which thus far have been unsuccessful. Frustrating $40 purchase that can’t be refunded because it’s custom. The quality is not bad just ended up being a complete waste of money.
