Fluke distance meter was giving error
From the early measurements, meter started giving errors. I searched the customer care with Google and contacted tektronix on mail. Then somehow found address and went to Thane Service center. Initially they were refusing to take unit for repair, but when I contacted dealer number in Google, he told me to follow up and escalate if required. My assertiveness worked and unit was accepted by tectonix. Now it's being replaced and the process took 15 days to complete and I had to take leave and had to visit service center and collect the unit on my own cost and time......very pathetic experience....
