I’ve suffered from hayfever forever but pills make me drowsy and everything else I’ve tried hasn’t worked. A friend suggested Quercetin and it’s been a lifesaver. I’ve been taking it daily and my symptoms have gone. It doesn’t really taste of anything and I really like that there’s nothing bad in there, so I’ll be keeping it up.

Heard lots of health benefits from sea buckthorn and flavonoids for antiinflammation and antioxidants. When I ordered, little did I know I was going to break my collar bone in a bike fall, the day before it arrived (delivered on time) so am interested to see how it helps with healing! It tastes good and natural... like you know it's going to be beneficial and you're body will like it! Nice packaging/bottle and labelling which is easy read and dispense from. I like keeping it in the fridge as daily reminder to take it.

Quercetin is beneficial for the immune system and for alleviating the symptoms of hayfever and also if struggling with histamine issues. Liposomal delivery is far more absorbable by the body

I've been taking this for about a month now and it's the only change I've made to my diet/supps/exercise.I've lost some stubborn body fat and generally feel 'better' - my dust allergy also seems to have improved.This product has a very mild, pleasant flavour and taken (as directed) on am empty stomach has caused no gastric issues.I recommend giving it a try ;-)

I did not know quercetin was available in liposomal form, I am so pleased that it is as I much prefer that as a delivery system for my supplements. Liposomal liquid is the best delivery method for vitamins, it allows the body to absorb around 90% of the goodness, where taking tablets often only gives you a fifth of the benefit. Tablets and capsules often contain fillers made from soy or other nasties. This liquid does not contain any fillers or bulking agents, it contains only natural ingredients and is suitable for keto diets and is vegan friendly. It has only 11 calories per serving. It arrives in an amber glass bottle, best choice as it stops any UV light getting through. You just take 2 teaspoons (10ml) before eating. I tried the liquid on its own but I am not fond of the flavour, I will take it in water from now on. The bottle contains 250ml so you will get 25 servings. I take quercetin as well as vitamin D3, C and zinc every day to help support my immune system. I normal use capsules but this is much better. It is also good for the heart and blood pressure. With the past couple of years and the uncertainty of what illnesses are coming next I feel it is important to help my body be at it’s strongest to avoid becoming ill. Quercetin is also great for helping hay fever sufferers, I haven’t been too bad so far this year, but it is early in the season so good to get some help with that too as last year was bad.I would love to swap to this liposomal liquid permanently, my finances right now just can’t stretch to that. If I could I most definitely would though as it is far superior to capsules.

I’ve looked into quercetin a lot lately for it’s ability to reduce histamine response when eating certain foods. If you get brain fog when eating foods then you might be getting histamine reaction. I’ve tried a few others but finding a liposomal version was a game changer. You need less as it’s absorbed more efficiently then capsules and gets to work faster. I take some 15 mins before any suspect food and also before bed. Has pretty much removed all brain related brain fog symptoms.

Je ne suis pas totalement végane mais je ne mange pas assez de protéines voir quasi pas de protéines du coup j'ai énormément de carence. Ce serait me permet de combler mes carences je suis ravie et il est très simple à boire et il n'est pas écœurant.
