I must wrap my legs with compression bandages every day. Before trying this product bandages would slide down my large calves to my narrow ankles in a few hours of exercise. I bought three bottles of "It Stays" a year ago and have been extremely pleased, and still have more than half a bottle left! I was bandaging my legs every few hours, but now have to do it only two or three times a day. The lowest layer of the wrapping stays exactly where I put it.The adhesive is water soluble. It comes off skin without effort and washes out of bandaged, socks, stockings, and other clothes without residue, stains, or discoloration. I've never had a problem with it pulling on hair or skin. The roll-on applicator works like a charm. The only potential problem I am aware of is that sweating heavily could potentially dissolve the adhesive.I've used this with socks and stockings as well as bandages and am extremely pleased with the results. Generally only a little bit is required. After 11 months of use three times a day I have barely broken into my third bottle.

I actually panic at the thought of running out of It Stays! This is one product that, when my supply starts to run low, I immediately go online and order more, because I can’t bear the thought of going without this wonderful, sticky solution to keeping my compression stockings in their proper place! I have lymphedema, and I must wear thigh-high stockings to prevent ly legs from uncomfortable and unhealthy swelling. I tried several body adhesives, but It Stays! is by far the best!After donning my stockings, I roll down the silicon band at the top, put a ring of adhesive around the place where I want them to stay, then return the band to its proper place. I perform the same process at the toes, where I roll up a bit of fabric and put a ring of adhesive where I want the stockings to stay on my feet, and then I gently turn the fabric back down and place it in position beside my toes. That’s it! My stockings stay put until I’m ready to remove them! They occasionally need a second application, but it’s rare.(Oh, and I read where several people have had trouble removing the adhesive without soreness and rashes. If you will dampen a washcloth with warm water and moisten the area you want to release, the adhesive comes away easily, with no skin irritation or pain whatever.)I do agree with another reviewer who noted that the exterior of the bottle can become quite sticky, although I don’t know if there’s much the manufacturer could do to keep this from happening. But I do know how you can mitigate it. When I travel, I’m careful to put the bottle in a ziplock bag, and the same warm washcloth that removes the adhesive when you’re ready to take off your stockings (or whatever garment you are using the adhesive to secure) will tidy the bottle prior to its use. It’s entirely water-soluble, and it cleans up incredibly easily.If you must keep a garment in place, this little bottle is your new best friend!

For years I had problems with bra straps not staying up and fixing them so much I literally would get nauseated when I felt them touch my upper arm.After having a procedure on my legs I was recommended this to hold up the "beautiful" stockings. I then decided I was going to try it on my bra straps, a swipe on the shoulder and perfection. I have told several people about this product who now use it also.

This product does what I need it to do, which is to hold up my compression stockings. It works well and typically keeps them in place until I choose to remove them - it has only failed in a very high humidity environment.Every bottle of this I have used eventually oozes adhesive down over the threads for the cap and down the side of the bottle. This is a fairly thick fluid that cannot drain back around the ball of the roller into the bottle. There is a simple solution. After the first use, store the bottle on its lid. The ooze will drip into the cap and the outside of the bottle will stay clean and dry.

I have used this product for some time now, and have a bit of experience with it. I use it exclusively to hold up thigh high compression stockings of 30-40 hg and 20-30 hg. It works well. I have very few issues with it. Since it is water soluble, if you sweat a lot it may not hold well. If you don't use enough, it may not hold through the day (exacerbated by sweating). If you get it somewhere it will show, it will will hold onto lint and dirt and leave a dirty spot. And very occasionally I get a bottle that seeps a bit and will make the cap and threads sticky. (If it happens I just wash the cap and bottle in running water, dry with a paper towel, and store upright when not in use.)I have tried body tape and it does not work as well as this roll on adhesive.The best price I have found is here on Amazon.
