Great replacement
This was a great replacement, I'm very pleased that it fit my dishwasher. Unfortunately, my machine died shortly after I received it. Fortunately, I had a friend who took it and they said it's good. It hasn't rusted out or started chipping and flaking.

Nice Quality Build but......
This replacement rack is very nicely built, heavier gauge then the original. That being said, it does not correctly fit the dishwasher it's designed for without some modifications. Apparently, we had no other choice then to modify it to fit because it's our understanding that they do not make the original rack anymore, that really makes no sense to me. But the modifications are really not to much of a big deal. Our dishwasher has a silverware carrier that attaches to the door, but is removable. With the silverware carrier attached to the door, using the new rack, the door will not close. We had to remove the silverware carrier from the door and put it inside the rack. This of course does reduce the space for dishes in the rack but for us, it works out fine. It's way better then the old rusted one that we removed. Just wish that the item description was clear regarding this issue.

Great rack and fits my old discontinued dishwasher
Really good and it fis my old working dishwasher. I just saved $ 400 to buy a nasic dishwasher .

Perfect replacement
Had to replace the racks in my dishwasher because just like everyone else here, they were rusted. This appears to be better quality than the original and is a GE product. Fits perfectly.

Item was broken
The rack came out of the box with one of the rollers broken off.Seemed there could have been some protective wrapping to prevent. Or perhaps the product is simply not sturdy.

Perfect
This was perfect and so easy. Rolled the old one out. Took the new one out of the box and rolled it in. Presto! It’s like a new washing machine. My old one rusted out in 5 years. Anyone know why that happens?
