This is a really nice set of makeup.I really liked the eyeshadow crayons which is why I wanted this set. I like a silvery white in the summer after I have a tan to lighten and highlight my eyes especially in the middle closest to my nose bridge. The silver is really nice for that.I find the gold to be too close to my skin tone to do much and the copper seems a bit red for me this time of year but might be perfect in winter when I am pale again.They do stay on nicely but I blend them out with the sponge on the end of the tube to be sure that they aren't too heavy which keeps them from creasing.The matte liquid lipsticks were a surprise to me. I have been wearing matte liquid lipsticks for close to 2 decades now and love them. I hate to have to keep applying lipstick while working, eating or playing and matte liquid lipsticks are perfect for lazy slugs like me. ;)These are really nice and dry to full coverage. They don't wash or wear off very badly throughout the day. I wish that they came with a gloss to apply over the top as some of the other matte liquid lipsticks do because sometimes I like gloss and sometimes I like matte. I did try some of the gloss from my other liquid matte lipstick and it worked well without removing the lipstick so that's a great thing!These colors work for everything from a more natural neutral lip to a full blown darker evening lip and that is great! They do wear well. I even washed my hand after taking this picture without losing the lipstick. I actually had to take it off with some makeup oil wash.Overall, I like these very much and I find the pricing on these to be excellent--even if I just use a couple of them--but with these colors, I am using more than a couple. My friends will enjoy trying out the ones that I find I don't really use.

I had higher expectations but it definitely reminded me of a childlike makeup set. I wasn't impressed with it and the eye shadows done roll on evenly or easily. I wouldn't recommend.

I like cool colors like pinks, mauves, berries, and more. I love these warm colors, too, but I am particularly neurotic, needing something to go with either. The product I am reviewing is a set with crayon-style eyeshadows (a color on either side). They are of bronzy golds and silvery accent. There are also lip colors that do an excellent job as plumpers and have a pleasant flavor. The colors I got are all pretty, and some will look better with or without lip pencils/liners. Some need a bit of gloss or shimmer added for them to go with my looks/coloring. This situation is normal for any set I am trying; it is more often than not the case. It is fun trying different colors/brands. My cupboards are proof I have an addiction.The lip product goes on as smooth and creamy, and it is a mellow texture. It lasts a while after application, depending on if you touch, lick, or fiddle with your lips. The eye crayons go on smoothly, look pretty, and moisturize. Some will say they stay fresh for a while after setting. These will fade and bleed on my eyes because my eye creams and removers are emollient. I would wear powder eyeshadows, but the color will run if I get splashed with water. However, I prefer to wear this look with a minimum of mascara, maybe a great liner around the outer corners of my lashlines. Using lip and eye makeup primers is an excellent solution for all.The takeaway here is not that I have trouble with most makeup (which I do); these are as good as I have seen at this price.I am lucky to have many eye crayons now. I hope to find a brand with more pigmented colors for the mid-range. Or, for now, I can add powdered shadows over the crayons for a more intense effect should the situation arise. For now, I opt for a subtle look.Enjoy!

The media could not be loaded.  I was very impressed with this make up set. I felt that the colors were fairly neutral so that they would match with just about any skin tone. I was also very impressed that you got three eyeshadow sticks. Each eyeshadow stick came in a color that really anybody could use. Each stick also came with a smudging sponge on the opposite end of the eyeshadow. Those smudging sponges are so helpful when you’re trying to blend colors. It’s especially helpful when you have these three colors that you can use all at once and blend them together. I was happy with the lip color as well. I felt that a couple were out of my color range but I also feel that most of these colors could still go with just about any skin tone. I loved the box that these lip glasses came in. It has a magnetic closure so that you can keep your lip glasses and your eye pencils together if you remove the cardboard insert. You can also use this box for other things as well. I feel that with the colors that were given, the high-quality magnetic box, and the fact that you can match your lip color to your eyecolor, these are a nice gift to give someone or to keep for yourself. I feel you’ll enjoy this item for years to come. I also felt that the price range was very fair for how much make up you got.
