This EVPAD10 stopped working after 8 months. It cannot connect with live TV anymore. Do not buy it. The customer service is playing games and only provides options you cannot find on this EVPAD10 box. It is wasting money and time!

This is an amazing device that can be used as a smart TV and many more. I was recommended to purchase this product as I was searching for a new way to TV entertainment for my mom. After I showed her this product and played around with this little device for a couple of days, I fell in love with the extreme functionality of this smart device. I thought this device would be a great alternative to a smart TV system (which this is). However, I was stung by how much this product over-delivered over my expectations. This is literally a portable computer (running on Android 10) that can do anything, especially when it includes two USB ports where you can attach a keyboard and mouse. The fact that this device is running on an Android 10 system means that this device can do anything like being a smart TV that links to any major or minor video streaming platform that can be accessed on a normal Android phone and freely access the Internet. You can technically play intense mobile games on this device with some operations. This device also supports screencast over Wi-fi (which will be a great add-on to old office projectors and screens). I am totally surprised by the performance of this device and will probably buy an upgraded version of this device for myself in the future so I can use it for more purposes like doing simple office computing.However, I was also expecting extreme performance from this device because of its pricing. Since I paid more than $200 for this small device, it is somehow not surprising that I'm getting all those functions. In the future (perhaps on more powerful models), I would appreciate if there could be a USB-C Thunderbolt on this device and this device can support touch-enabled screens. I can see how this would be an affordable office companion that will revolutionize those smart screens that do not have a smart built-in computer.

Can’t find some US TV serial show while searching the program. Not friendly.

I was having problems returning to where I last played as it kept showing the drama image and not entering into the drama.Another time, it was stuck on the lighting mode where you can choose the color of the ambient light on the box and cannot return to main page until I remove the Bluetooth feature.Image is also not clear.

It's better than the previous generation version. It operates smoothly and has a simple user interface.

I brought this tv box Last week. unfortunately Do not work at all and than i return carp and i got Amazon email saying ( Items are considered as not returned in their original condition when they are damaged, have obvious signs of use, have missing parts, or when they are not cased in the packaging they came in)

It has a beautiful shape and smooth lines. It is easy to install according to the instructions on the information flyer. The connection speed is fast, runs smooth and the image quality is very clear.
