Grow Light Bulb BR30 24 Watt with COC Technology Full Spectrum Grow Light Bulb 300 Watt Equivalent Plant Light E26 for Indoor Plants Seed Starting

Compared to another brands bulb this one is much brighter. It gets a little warm, but not hot… I’m comfortable leaving it on 12h and not worrying my home will burn down. I have it about 18 inches above a large Monstera, and my plant has raised its leaves towards the bulb a bit, so it’s not exactly as bright as I’d hoped, but will work. My plant is across a room from a small south facing window, so it really needed supplemental light. This light is a slightly warm toned daylight color, looks like a very bright normal light in my apartment. It’s a big bulb, so if your using it in a fixture with a small shade or bulb protector, check the measurements. Looks well made, no issues to mention. Better than other single bulb grow lights, but my tripod style grow light with 3 arms, that’s 150 watt equivalent is still the best grow light I’ve bought on Amazon…. However using a bulb like this lets you use a normal fixture like a lamp or wall sconce as a grow light so it looks nicer in an apartment than having tripod lights all over lol.

It’s helping the plants that are in a shop that has no windows. It’s been all most a month and still turns on. Not sure how long it’s good for though. I would buy again.

I do not know much about grow lights, and purchased this to get light to the floor if my Bioactive Snake Vivarium. My REED R8140 Light Meter produced these results at 36 inches with the light sitting on and shining through a screen:1952 LUX, 181.9 F-C, White Daylight (5000k)1158 LUX 107.6 F-C, Yellow (3000k)1168 LUX 107.6 F-C, Green1168 LUX 108.6 F-C, Red1628 LUX 151.3 F-C, Blue1673 LUX 155.4 F-C, Warm White (4000k)1769 LUX 164.5 F-C, Cold White (6500k)This looks like a very balanced White Light sitting perfectly balanced on the 5000k White Daylight color temperature. I think that from what I read, this would make a good light for green growth at this distance which is consistent with the sellers claims.

My plants had been planted in a terrarium for a while now and had been getting very leggy. Now they look much happier and are growing correctly!

I was pleasantly surprised after receiving the SGLEDS P20 10W LED Sunlike Grow Light Bulb. By the weight alone you can tell this is no toy but a high quality tool. It is very bright which is also something I wasn't expecting. Yet bright does not mean hot like the old incandescent grow bulbs were. I definitely got my monies worth and will buy a few more. In a couple months I will update once I have some plants growing for a while.

Didn’t get a chance to see if the bulb would work re: plant growth, it was way too bright.
