What I love about this book is the simplicity. The topics and points the author dives into is so needed for Christian singles to hear. I am very glad I purchased this book. This has brought me so much joy. It’s so much more than finding the “right one”, it’s also about becoming the “right one.” Thank you for writing this book!

This book was a great read, not only because it was an easy read, but it provided basic principles backed by biblical truths. It provided me with confirmation, reassurance, and guidance I needed for this season in my life. I was beginning to question some of the things God has told me about marriage and my future spouse, and it was great to read this and get confirmation that I'm doing exactly what God wants me to in preparing for marriage and understanding how to identify if a relationship is God-sent. Good book, great ideas, some poor grammar which, sadly, is a turn off for me.

This book is practical and is an easy read. The principles in the book are applicable in your unmarried season and transferable into your married season. I recommend it to all unmarried folks whether you’re desiring marriage or not-your life will change for the better!

This was a great read. What I love most about it is that Jamal gives practical examples and personal experiences. I am going to be giving out tons of these books! Dating has been something that has not been fully addressed to some of us and Jamal does a great job in explaining the biblical foundations of dating/courting and marriage. He uses stories and his own testimony to keep you glued to the book! Great read for anyone interested in dating, already dating and for anyone who is married.

This book is a life changer! It's not a bunch of dos and don'ts and superficial ways to prepare for a spouse, but the author takes us back to what really matters and that's Christ! Seriously, the best book I've read on Godly marriage! I desire to be more like Christ instead of trying to be desirable to be a one day wife! This book will allow you to see how much of a whole person you need to be before marriage. It won't be easy but with Christ ALL things are possible! I encourage everyone to read this book. It will challenge you, stretch you, and inspire you. The author truly heard from God while writing this book! To God be the glory

Awesome read and fromna great biblical standpoint. Very thought provoking and has me asking myself many questions. Loved it!

The author gives very wise, simple and practical advice! The only thing I didn't like was the presence of spelling and grammatical errors.

Easy to read, although as a self published text better proof reading might have eradicated typos. There's nothing really new here on Christian dating/marriage but - fine - it's the writer's experience and so it is valid and a worthy story to tell. Some well made points might have been developed further but fall silent after just a few lines.
