I read the reviews and thought these were going to be awesome, but they’re really nothing special in my opinion. I mean, they’re not bad, but I wouldn’t buy them again. I’m use to cutting boards that kind of “heal” themselves, but these are not like that. When you cut on them, it clearly shows a cut. It’s not super thick so I’m not sure what happens as you keep cutting into it. I rated it 4 stars instead of 3 because it may have been my expectations that were off.

This is my 4th one and we like them very much. Very light and easy to use, especially for us older folks. I will recommend this as a useful addition to the kitchen counter.

These cutting boards are a time saver in that you are not cleaning stuff off the counter after transferring the chopped items to pan or bowl. The "cutting board" folds to allow a funnel type delivery of the chopped item to a storage bag, pan, bowl, whatever! Easy to use easy to clean and my go to when chopping anything.

It's a cutting board, but the handle allows you to squeeze it to create a sort of Chute, to empty what you cut into a pan or bowl, easier, without spilling it on the counter, stove, floor. They can be washed in the dishwasher, and hold up very well. A very smart buy for chefs, cooks, who like a neat workspace.

My daughter and I were watching some cooking videos for meal ideas. The chef was cutting vegetables for soup and was using one of these folding cutting boards. At the very same time, my daughter and I both turned to each other and said "Wow". Neither of us had ever seen a folding cutting board and we both said how useful something like that would have been dozens and dozens of times we had chopped up things when cooking. We forgot all about the video and got on Amazon to buy them. We are both pleased with these because of the size and quality.

These cutting boards are awesome, it makes it really easy to take cut items off of the board to place in a bowl etc. without the produce falling off of the board.
