However it did not have the lid sensor as shown on sales page, and when placing my filter in, it had a notable gap that allowed unfiltered water to make it past. I was less concerned about the sensor, but contacted the company about the filter flaw. They responded right away, and sent out a new one without a hassle. The new one had the sensor, and other than that, there is no difference between the units. My filter fit snug and in place this time, and is working as intended. I am pleased with the quality of my new unit, and fast customer care and for that, I am giving it 5 stars. But I am making it aware if the lid sensor is a deal breaker, that you may want to contact the company first, and ask to buy it directly from them instead, as this seems to be a common issue [going by the reviews].
