Well, usually, I do not give a review this early. I just received the pure brand Magnesium glycinate 120mg three days ago and I’m truly already feeling the difference. I originally got this product because I was getting a lot of muscle cramps when getting in and out of my delivery truck and getting severe charlie horses and muscle spasms in my legs. I’m on my feet and very active throughout the day. with that being said with in just two days my muscles started to recover quicker, and the Charlie horses and the muscle spasms have stoped I’m also finding that I’m getting better sleep as well. Now I have tried all kinds of magnesium supplements throughout my lifetime and this by far is the most impressive one I have taken and its easy on the stomach and it’s not overly expensive, which is a nice perk to. I would highly recommend this product.

These are by far the best Magnesium Glycinate pills I could find, no microcrystalline cellulose, so they don't affect my digestive system,high dose (120 mg elemental magnessium), very effective for sleep, but unfortunately the capsules are almost too large to swallow.

I take three capsules before bed. I no longer have any leg cramps at all and I feel like I'm sleeping much better.!
