How big are the individual pills?** A: If you have trouble swallowing when taking a pill with liquid, just take it after a bit of banana or such, after you have chewed it just pop it in as you swallow your throat is open at that point more than with liquid and you don't get that fear factor as much. Also, mag and vit c, neurotransmitters supplements, and some others don't have any taste at all just open the capsule and mix it with a drop of oj or whatever you like.
