Was highly upset on receiving my order today. Waiting for it for a while , which isn’t the issue but once getting here to find that my product was over in the box and the bag that it came in was highly disappointing. Majority of the product is on the floor, after opening the bag and a spillage of salt splatters on the floor. So imagine that after waiting and anticipating for it to get here just for you not to be able to use it. Other products are fine the smell of the oil and candle is amazing, lavender vibes are always the best. Just really was looking forward to having all THREE in good use .

Some of us are new to the practice and so we need a little help in the right direction. The products were packaged very well, beautiful, and smells great. My only issue is there are no instructions. I don't want to go half cocked and the ritual or spell not work. I know everything starts with intention and I have to believe and know that I am worthy of what I'm seeking or asking for but we need a little guidance. Do we say anything, is there a right time to do this, should be pour some of the oil in our bath or are the salts enough? Should I light the candle and use the bath salts at the same time and then once the bath is over apply the oil? Tiny details like this would help a great deal and people would buy more because they are secure in what they are doing. Before anyone has anything negative to say let me just say that we all have to start from somewhere. Some of us didn't get the opportunity to sit at our elders feet and learn from their hands. We felt a pull, a calling and we are navigating the best way we know how. You're lucky if you had the chance and I'm happy you did because that's a blessing and a gift. Please be patient with the ones who weren't that lucky.
