If it came with instructions, I didn't read them....
I wrote a review for this several months ago saying that it was very poorly made because the needles kept coming out. I've lost two of them because they kept falling out. Well, in typical male fashion, if there was an instruction manual, I didn't read it. I put the needles in backwards. Started thinking about it and realized the end that goes into the coffee should be just a needle. Mine were flipped around. I've now corrected that issue and the tool is working great and best of all, the needles aren't falling out!

Skeptical - but it works!
All right I joined the cult. Let’s start with that confession. The espresso machine cult. Ion every silly tool the world sells for this monstrosity. And have no regrets! But I was skeptical if I needed this WDT. I mean how much of a difference does it really make?Turns out - I think a lot. It’s not like I couldn’t grind good espresso before and pull a great shot. But with this and a few swirls in the basket before I tamp - It’s just rocksolid consistent pulls. Hate to admit it… Probably a great purchase if you’re missing one.

Don’t buy this
Seriously all the reviews that say don’t buy this thing listen to them literally a piece of crap , mine won’t stay together , very cheaply made and a pain to assemble . Don’t waste your money .

They aren't the sturdiest.
You have to assemble it and the spikes tend to fall out.

great addition to my espresso bar
ive been having trouble getting a consistent shot of espresso, it seemed like sometimes id get a lot of crema and other times it would be bland and watery. I figured my grind and tamp was probably not as consistent. this distributor worked great and now im getting rich crema every single shot, definitely recommended

Satisfyingly heavy, and functional.
The metal handle let's it stand freely on your counter without tipping over. Otherwise it's well made and functional.

Flimsy, not what I expected
So first of all you have to assemble the thing yourself. That was simple enough but you are working with thin wires. You stick them in the handle one by one. Doesn't seem like they are well anchored. I would NOT buy again.

Very useful
Would think having the rods a bit more spaced out would be ideal, but works for me just fine

A stirring review
Nice piece of kit for coffee distribution. Removes lumps before tamper. Slightly overprices for what it is but good all the same.

I wasn’t expecting a metallic handle
Very positive surprise when I received the tool. I thought the tool handle is made of plastic, but it is metallic actually. The installation process was clearly described and it was easy. Package came slightly damaged, but it didn’t affect the product.

alles i.o.
Ein Deckel zum Schutz vor Verletzungen bei der Lagerung wäre noch toll gewesen.

Terrible Product. Does not even fit together
This is one of the worst products I've bought from Amazon and that's saying something in a world of rubbish being sold by third party sellers. What's wrong with it you ask? Well firstly the instructions are gibberish. They are next to useless. The cap with the holes where the needles fit is in 2 parts, 1 metal and 1 plastic. It came with a piece of foam in one of the halves which any normal person would assume was part of the packaging but no, it needs to stay in between the two pieces so you can push the needles through. Talk about a cheap (rubbish) solution. It's basically like polystyrene to hold the needles. Once this is figured out you'd assumed that the caps would at least stay in place in the handle itself but no. Once the needles are installed and you tip it vertical - like, you know, how it would be used to distribute the coffee - and the whole assembly just falls out. The only way this would be usable would be to superglue the assembly in with the needles attached which isn't really what you're paying for. Speaking of which, is the price of this a joke? If this costs 100th of the price to make I'd be amazed. The needles themselves are useless and hardly stainless steel judging by all the marks on them (rust?). The company name is some ridiculous fake long name based in Guangdong - I lived in China for 9 years and feel stupid to have fallen for one of the bad sellers/products. Avoid this as it's absolutely awful quality. I have complained and received a refund but it still warrants a review
