These heel cushions are a lifesaver!I have a 3 mm LLD due to spine problems. The oval “bottom” pad, I believe, is 4 mm. I actually use scissors and cut off the back edge, since it gives me too much height for my LLD (I believe 6-7 mm with the back rim.) trust your own calipers over me though!! ;)These are fantastic in flip-flops, sneakers, all of it. I also use them in the foot bed of certain high heels, but (as you might imagine) their success in heels has as much to do with the type of shoe you’re wearing and if they will accommodate an insert. I find these work fine in my closed-toe pumps, generally speaking. I have used them in flip-flops, booties with a 4” heel...They have fit well and stayed put in every pair of shoes I have use them in! Could not be happier and will remain a loyal customer!

These worked well, but they didn't stay stuck inside my shoes. Instead, they slipped around and became uncomfortable.

These are not sticky at all. They are also very narrow and my usually narrow heel was bigger. It made them uncomfortable when it lifted only the center of my heel.

Lift height is good but does not stay stuck. 😢

These are much better than the cork inserts they give you at the chiropractor. My left leg is 6cm shorter than my right due to an injury; it causes me a lot of back and hip pain especially when I do any sort of physical activity. I purchased these to help put my left leg back into what should be it’s normal position so that my hips and spine would be better aligned. It helps so much with the pain and I don’t suffer from right sided weakness when I use it. I didn’t stick it to any of my shoes; just placed it inside and it stays in place just fine. I typically use it in my sneakers or boots. If I were to wear it with sandals I might actually use the adhesive and some double sided tape.

Doing the trick. Just wish they would stay on place longer. Can wash them and most of the sticky back comes back

I've purchased other gel heel lifts in the past and they wouldn't stick or stay in place in my shoe. These do!Note: they are soft. So, if you really need to correct leg length, don't expect them to be the best choice for doing that--you'll need the harder inserts. However, I use these soft ones for sandals and dress shoes, so that I still get some lift for the short leg with shoes I can't place the harder inserts into. If your leg discrepancy is slight, they may help with that.
