As I am partialy deaf this sends my TV sound to mey earbuds

Poor sound quality, poor functionality description and very poor wobbly volume control dial. The bluetooth is described as 'auto switching', but to get the optical to play music requires the tx setting. In this setting music streamed from a phone via Bluetooth requires manual switching back to rx or nothing is heard. Without a remote this is a pita.All in all a waste of money for an integrated use case and a better decision would be either stick with existing analogue device or spend a lot more on a better bluetooth dac.

Use it as a receiver paired with a Fiio transmitter and very pleased with the sound quality when using aptxHD. Easy to pair and is stable. Worth the money and nice it has a volume control.
