In many many years of using protein shakes and supplements have I ever came across a product that packs so much into such a tasty little carton!! Only 250ml of an honestly delicious tasting fruit smoothie style drink packs in not just a solid 20g of protein but also a solid dose of vitamins and of course Norwegian quality cod liver oils, plus - NO added sugar, sweetners or preservatives! I love grabbing one from the fridge and smashing it back, as opposed to the hassle of making up a big powdery, vile sweet powder shake that you struggle to get down! Couldn't recommend this product enough.

EO3 has been a perfect way for me to boost my omega-3 intake. It’s a effective on the go snack and most importantly, it tastes great!

I've used a number of recovery drinks and protein supplements over the years and they all have one thing in common, they taste terrible. I was a bit sceptical of the fruit smoothie claim but EO3 does taste just like a fruit smoothie yet has Omega 3 and protein in one drink and it doesn't leave an fish aftertaste like a lot of Omega three supplements.Highly reccomended.
