Hello, if you use wall outlets it need to depending on your USB adapter, you need to get your own USB adapter, and you need to use the USB adapter need to be 5V connected to our charging cable. If your adapter output ove 5v, such as 9V or 12v will burn out the charging cable cause to battery not charge. Or you can use the car usb port or laptop usb port or power bank usb port to connected to our charging cable, their output are 5V.
