Wie schon in einem anderen Review aus Großbritannien zu lesen: Das Produkt wird offenbar in ganz Europa ausgeliefert, obwohl der Stromstecker dort nicht kompatibel ist, insbesondere nicht in Deutschland. Dieser prinzipielle "Lieferfehler" sollte doch eigentlich zu beheben sein. Besonders negativ ist dabei zu vermelden, dass man keine Chance hatte, dies aus der Produktbeschreibung vorauszusehen. Hier sollte entweder der Hersteller oder Amazon selbst entsprechend reagieren.

I am an Amazon Prime Member who is Very Upset/ Disappointed This Item is sold to customers in the UK but cannot be used as it has a flat 2 blade plug on this electrical item Rendering it ABSOLUTELY USELESS ! Amazon should NOT be selling this item for use in the UK. I have had to return the item as per your instructions ref: labelling etc VERY TIME CONSUMING. The Cost of Postage was over £27 ! In Addition I had to pay for Fuel to get to the Post Office in Bury St Edmunds I ask for your IMMEDIATE RESPONSE MRS ROSALIND DE VICK

I bought this item to use in Uk. I don’t understand why this is sold in Uk as this is US plug . I had to buy US-UK adapter but then when plugged in smoke came out. So it’s now no use.

Good build quality and quiet. Con: non-removeable cup, which makes it difficult to clean. Not an issue if you always grind the same thing, but a problem if you different spices, for example.
