**Q: Does it fly too fast or does it actually flutter?**
A: It flies quickly and does flutter as it flies. It is a quick flight, as long as it takes for the rubberband to unwind. Still fun as a surprise out of an envelope or a book. I also enjoyed just rewinding it myself and watching it fly.

**Q: Is it reusable?**
A: Yes. I use them for cat toys and they get destroyed pretty quickly, but you should be able to reuse them with normal care.
