Bones Seasons 1-12 Box Set

My two cents worth so to speak. I Love this series and had been watching it on regular TV until I got tired of them basically showing the same episodes over and over. A lot of channels do this with the more so-called popular episodes. So far I am up to season 8 and I have not had one bad disc as others have noted. Another thing I didn't mind was the first season discs not having a play all feature like all the other seasons have had so far. It is not that difficult and to me is a better format to deal with. There are times you cannot or do not want to play all so it works better to just play one episode at a time. The box set it came in is perfect. It has each individual season in their own plastic case and all have been in perfect condition. I did look through all 12 seasons and they are all in great shape. If you love Bones then I would say purchase this. It might be a little pricey but it is worth it. I know you can find it at lower costs but sometimes lower costs means lower quality.

Great show! Every episode is so well done and intriguing to watch, it's no wonder so many people love this show. I love every one - over and over. The situation with Netflix shows the major drawback to streaming: when the rights to the show cost too much, it doesn't matter how many people watch it and it still won't justify the expense to show it. Thus, if you really love a show you should buy it. And this is definitely one to buy!The first and most prominent review almost caused me to decide not to buy this boxed set. The review makes it sound like it might be a cheap knockoff of the real thing, talking about having difficulty playing each episode and having so many steps to take, and since it speaks of the 'set,' it makes it sound like you're in for this difficulty throughout the entire series, but that is simply not the case. This particular problem is real, but only with the first season. After that each disc DOES have a 'play all' option in addition to listing the individual episodes on the disc. The set is not a specially designed set of every episode of Bones, but is merely a convenient gathering together of each separately-boxed season together in one outer box. Consequently, guess what? The first season is older technology - and it doesn't have the convenience of the 'play all' feature. While it is tedious for the 22 episodes of season 1, after that it becomes more of what we have become spoiled and accustomed to, and the rest of the seasons have the cure for our "lazy finger." "Play all" appears in season 2 and continues throughout the rest of the set, so you can "push it once and relax" through each disc.As for the packaging, I found the box set to fit very well on a standard bookcase-style video shelf and since I am a little obsessive about holding on to the packaging and storing things in the original box (as I assume some others are, as well), it helps that the outer box is an attractive addition to my video shelf. But if the box is for some reason unable to fit on your shelf, it is certainly not an issue as each season fits nicely on your shelf as would any other video collection you might own. Just throw away the outer box and store the collection as you would any other video set.End note? I'm glad I bought the set and have been enjoying it immensely. Now it's time to return to season one and start another round of binging!

Perfect for the person who looks for a story development as well as some solving of murders, enjoys science and can relate to one or more of the characters. I was connected with Bones while my husband connected with Jack. But felt for all of the Squints. This series ended in a good way, but now I wait for the second coming. One of the best TV series I have ever watched. The re-runs tells bits and pieces, but if you watch it from the beginning to end, you get the innuendos and jokes that are throughout the series. It was hard that we ended the series or the Bones Marathon of our own for 6 weeks, watching every night. Now, we are finding other series that are character building and has a human element to it. If you like the TV show on re-runs, you should get the series and enjoy it from the beginning and watch it to the end. A note, Suzanne Pelant is Christine, Bone and Booth's daughter......if you get the series, you will see the humor in the person playing Christine!! I do wonder if that was planned. Thanks Amazon, now find me Cold Case!!

I seem to catch shows after they've had there run. However, in this case I'm rather glad I did because I don't have to wait in between episodes or years to see the next. This is one of the best productons of a crime series, a drama series ever put on TV. It runs 12 seasons, approximately 246 episodes. Plus it's poignant and funny....tongue in cheek humor in many places. One is drawn to the characters who seem, effortlessly, to grab on to your heartstrings. I watched the entire series on my kindle Fire then thought it would be nice to see it on the format for which it was made.The leading two characters, Seeley Booth and Temperance Brennan, come alive, almost real and you can't help hoping for only the best for them. The secondary roles of Angela, Hodgins. Sweets and all the interns are equally enthralling. All of the acting is superb, the action scenes are incredible, the science is intriquing.I am on my second go around with this series and will probably watch it again. There's always something one misses in such an intricate story.

I was very disappointed with Amazon Prime as I had been watching Bones every night. Then surprise surprise, now I had to pay Hulu to watch one of my favorite programs. I’m not a fan of Hulu so I bought the entire series on DVD. Disks were delivered on time and complete. I’m happy but not with Prime.

Awesome movies/series. I couldn’t stop watching the series bc all the characters, all the scenes they created, and the commentary’s were awesome as well in understanding “how, why, who, when, where the victims were found. By using all the Scientific and by figuring out what “really happened to each victim was astonishing. I really enjoyed how each character evolved, or portrayed as, or adding humour into the series as well really made this series so entertaining to watch again and again. Great series, great actors, and great performances all around, and a thank you to all the Producers, staff, and everyone involved for making “Entertainment at its Best” and of the awesome Directors who played a huge part in making a very successful series.

zeer mooie serie voor een mooie prijs. enig nadeel is wat hier niet wordt gezegd als je dit koopt moet je nog invoerrechten en btw over betalen. hier kom je pas achter als het pakket bij PostNL is ik moest nog eens 20.95 euro bij betalen om mijn pakket te krijgen.

Muy buena serie, el envío rápido y los dvd de calidad y todo bien, aclarar que quien lo quiera en español debe comprar el de 115 euros, a pesar que hay escenas que saltan en inglés pero con subtítulo en español, da gusto disfrutar este producto. Lo recomiendo.
