Is is according to the manufacturer but they also suggest different brushes they offer rather than the soft brush that comes with unit.

Does it have decent torque?

I am not qualified ti speak to Torque but the power/performance is great.

I have a home gym with a black rubber gym floor. Would this work well on that to clean up sweat areas?

The rubber floor could possibly be damaged with this very heavy and difficult to control unit.

Would you be able to use it to clean carpet?

La brosse tourne trop lentement. (brosse Ryobi)

J'ai hésité pour la retourner mais je vais essayer d'y trouver une autre utilité. Je voulais l'utiliser pour nettoyer les dalles de pavé uni mais la brosse tourne trop lentement. Ça ne fonctionne pas.
